Swiss Transportation is on the honor system. Nothing scans your ticket when getting on the bus or the metro, but there are random checks. For some reason, there has been an increase in these checks - I've had 2 in one night and another the very next day.
Maddie and I were stopped at Flon (Metro stop). Here was one of the Metro Men - they scan your card before you can go through or you get a ticket. And he was kind enough to take a photo with us. And told us about his trip to Texas, where everyone eats all the time.
Luckily for us, we both had our Mobilis Cards. The Metro-driver took these photos.
