Obsessive photo-taking in Park Guell

Park Guell is located to the North of downtown Barcelona but like the city over which it looks, it's filled with the creations of Antonio Gaudi. (Above) These are meant to resemble trees growing from the ground.

(Above) Maddie looks happy. The building behind her is a museum but we didn't go inside.

(Above) The foliage was gorgeous too and I found the large cacti with messages carved into their stalks amusing.

(Above & Below) Maddie and I walked most of the trails and I stopped frequently to take a shot of the view.

(Below) We climbed to the top of that! It was easy, there were steps.

(Above & Below) This is a courtyard bordered by the world's longest bench. It's decorate with porcelain mosaic of various colors and patterns.

(Above) This is a primary school located right at the base of Park Guell. Can you imagine how luck those kids are to have class in such a beautiful building with such a great location?

  1. Nice pics and looks like you guys had a great time. Just a small correction, I think the world's longest beach is either in California or Cox bazaar in Bangladesh. Definitely not anything in Spain ;-)
