From the moment we could first see a hint of the city across the fields, it was clear that Roses was an absolute dream. I'm not even that much of a beach-person, but I was still struck by the beauty of this town.

(Below) We arrived in Roses late. After checking into our Hotel (more on that in the next post), we went in search for dinner. We ended up at Llevant which is among a dozen restaurants with views of the coast. The waiters were very attentive and the food was superb.
